Kargo ve Teslimat

Siparişinizin durumunu dilediğiniz zaman üye girişi yaptıktan sonra "Hesabım" bölümündeki "Siparişlerim” sekmesinden takip edebilirsiniz. Üyeliksiz alışverişlerde ise sitemizde bulunan form aracılığı ile eposta adresiniz ile siparişinizi kontrol edebilirsiniz.

Ürünler, sipariş onaylandıktan sonraki üç iş günü içerisinde kargoya verilir. Saat 15:00' den sonra verilen siparişleriniz, Resmi tatil ve Bayram günlerine rastlayan siparişleriniz takip eden ilk iş günü alınmış kabul edilir. Teslimat alanımız Türkiye sınırları dâhilinde bulunan tüm il ve ilçeleri kapsamaktadır. Siparişiniz anlaşmalı olduğumuz Kargo firmaları tarafından vermiş olduğunuz teslimat adresine yollanır. Satın aldığınız ürünler kargoya teslim edildiğinde eposta ve sms olarak bilgi gelecektir. Adresinizde bulunmamanız durumunda kargo yetkilisi tarafından, siparişinizi en yakın şubeden alabileceğinizi bildiren bir not bırakılır. 3 gün içerisinde şubeye giderek ürünü teslim almazsanız paketiniz kargo şirketi tarafından şirketimize iade edilir.

Herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmamak için paketinizin ambalajında herhangi bir sorun var ise, teslim aldığınız an kargo yetkilisinin yanında açıp kontrol etmenizi öneriyoruz. Ürününüzde hasar olması ya da eksik ürün olması durumunda kesinlikle ürünü teslim almayınız ve kargo çalışanından tutanak tutmasını isteyerek ürünü bize geri gönderiniz.

Sitemizde yapılan alışverişlerde kargo ücreti “Peşin Ödeme” olarak seçildiğinde daha önceden belirlediğimiz sabit fiyatlar üzerinden hesaplanır.

Kargo bedelleri müşteri memnuniyeti için sabitleştirilmiştir. Kargo firmasına ödediğimiz kargo bedelleri, sitemiz üzerinden belirlediğimiz sabit fiyatlardan fazla olabilmektedir. Kargo bedelleri müşterilerimizden peşin olarak aldığımızdan bu farklılık yansıtılmamaktadır.

Kargo gönderim süresi ortalama 2 ile 7 gündür. İl ve ilçelere göre farklılık gösterebilir. Teslimat bölgesi haftanın belli günleri ise "mobil bölge" yerleşim yerlerine ürünler dolayısıyla geç ulaşmaktadır. Bundan dolayı doğacak sorunlardan; Kargo firması ve firmamız sorumlu değildir.
